Move money between pockets
Your money sits in three pockets in your name: Cash, Perps and Predict. Transfer moves it between them.
Follow these steps
- Open your profile, tap All next to your Cash, then Transfer at the bottom of the window.
- Tap the From card and the To card to pick the two pockets. The arrow between them swaps the direction.
- Type an amount, or tap 10%, 25%, 50% or Max.
- Slide Slide to transfer to the right. The time depends on the route and network.

“Move $20 to Perps”
Your agent prepares a Money card. Nothing moves until you tap Confirm. This needs the agent switch on.
If it didn't work
- The slider, or the button on a computer, says Setting up…? A new Perps or Predict pocket needs a moment the first time. Try again in a minute.
- Moving between Perps and Predict takes longer? It goes through Cash in two steps, so give it a few minutes.
- Still moving or checking? Do not start the same transfer again. Check the status in Transfer and tell your agent the amount, route and time.
