Someone may have my key
If someone has your wallet key, use a trusted device and move your money to a new wallet only you control. If they can access your email or sign-in account, secure that first.
Follow these steps
- Close your open positions with Close, and sell predictions and tokens with Sell.
- On your profile, tap All, then Transfer, and move Perps and Predict to Cash with Max.
- Tap All again, then Withdraw, and paste the address of a wallet only you control.
- Tap Max, slide Slide to send to the right. Sliding sends it.
- Email [email protected] with your wallet address and what happened. A key can't be changed, so stop using this wallet.
- On Perps, click Close all above your positions, or Close on a single one. Sell predictions and tokens too.
- Point at your picture at the top right, click Transfer, and move every pocket to Cash with Max.
- Click Withdraw in the same menu and paste the address of a wallet only you control.
- Click Max, then the green Send button. Clicking it sends the money.
- Email [email protected] with your wallet address and what happened. A key can't be changed, so stop using this wallet.
Your agent doesn't send money out of your wallet, so it won't move it to safety for you. You do that yourself, with Withdraw.
If it didn't work
- Removed the trading permission? That doesn't lock your wallet, and Withdraw needs it. Allow trading again, then withdraw.
- Someone can read your email, or use your Google or X account? Secure that first: it can sign you in to Onagi.
- With its switch on, your agent can also pass this to the team. See Get help from the team.
